Honest, fair and explained my options. This was his first look at my vehicle and he provided a very thorough diagnostic evaluation complete with pictures and recommendations. He explained what was a “must do now for safety reasons” and what “will need service soon, but not now.” He took the time to help me make an informed decision, which I really appreciated.
