I’ve been going to Ed Murphy’s in Cockeysville for the last 8 years, so I was sad to hear of his retirement, but he sold his business to another fair, honest mechanic. Let me reiterate the word, honest. Paul is a good guy just from the limited experience I have dealing with him, but if his mechanics are anything like Joy, his office manager, the business is in good hands.

Thanks for taking good care of my car you guys. It's good to know there are still shops in town that take their time and make sure the job is done right.

I went for oil change. It was good timing, the price was good and they topped it off with wiper fluid which was very nice!

I just began bringing my business to Paul's Automotive and their service has been nothing but stellar. I have a 1997 Toyota 4Runner which naturally needs care every now and then, but Paul's Automotive has been incredibly helpful in getting my car serviced and doing necessary repairs. I have gotten the run around with a number of other auto shops in the area which have been unable to remedy various issues, but Paul's has been awesome. Very highly recommended.

Although it was a major repair, they completed it on time and kept to their quoted estimate which was reasonable and I took advantage of a “12 months same as cash” option. Now Paul’s Automotive will be my sons go to service center.
