I thought my problem would cost a grand or more, Paul and his mechanics solved it for a couple of hundred. Honest work.

Paul’s Automotive has become our family service center. My sons car broke down but he did not yet have a primary mechanic. I brought my sons car to Paul’s Automotive and once again received exceptional service. Although it was a major repair, they completed it on time and kept to their quoted estimate which was reasonable and I took advantage of a “12 months same as cash” option. Now Paul’s Automotive will be my sons go to service center.

I felt so lucky that I can find Paul to work on my car, he is honest, and did a great job, he gives you honest advice and won't try to rip you off like many other mechanics or dealerships nowadays, I've just relocate to Maryland with my girlfriend and we are not really familiar with the area, I find out Paul online and decided to give him a shot, totally worth it. The price is fair, will definitely bring my car to Paul again

Paul is extremely thorough. During an oil change he discovered my tires were outside the acceptable range required by Maryland. Who else would have known? I used the shuttle service which was pleasant and convenient. Paul makes good company.

I had gotten a flat tire on the way home from work. They were able to put on a new tire the very next day. Since I lived nearby, they dropped me off back home and picked me up when the work was done. Excellent customer service!
