I stumbled upon Paul's Automotive when my son's car broke down at work. We live in Harford County and I knew the towing fee would be ridiculous to have it towed to our regular mechanic, so I googled mechanics near my son's work. Paul's Automotive was the closest (.5 mile) and so I had the car towed there. I was skeptical of being taken advantage of in this situation. This was NOT the case. Paul and Will were awesome. My son's car is older and we were already having recent mechanical issues, so I did not want to put too much more money into it. They fixed the issue at hand in order to get the car running and then explained the many other mechanical issues with the car that would become a problem in the very near future. They did not address these issues as being necessary to repair/replace to get the car running at that time, but instead a heads up of the potential problems if the issues were not taken care of soon. Thank you Paul and Will for the prompt service, fair prices and for being ethical and honest. Too bad you are not located in Harford County:)

All of the people there are very professional and nice. They charge you only for the necessary work and don't gouge you. I'll be using them for all of my auto issues in the future. They deal with you promptly, professionally, and communicate well about the status as it changes.

By far one of the best experiences I've had taking my car to a garage for repairs. They were able to get me in the next morning after I popped a hole in my tire and were able to order the part/replace the tire within 24 hours. They even took time to double check fluid levels and the integrity of lines after I saw fluid leaking from the car. The owner took lots of time, not only to explain the repairs needed but also to educate me about my car. Very thankful to find a good reliable garage that seems to care about it's customers!!

I thought I had an oil leak in my Ford truck and took it in to Paul's Automotive. It turned out that I didn't have a leak at all. They could have used the incident to create a problem but they were honest. I appreciate that.

Friendly, communicative and their prices are fair. They kept me updated on the status of my repair (even included pictures). I won't be going back to the dealer for service again!

I took it for a rattle in the system. They checked it over and discussed with me what needed to be done and what was the priority.

I needed regular servicing and also some exhaust component repair and a new tire on a 16-year-old Focus wagon. Paul's has the qualities of a good mechanic: looks and feels trustworthy and skilled (I'm a layman), personable and easy to schedule and deal with, reasonably priced. In addition, he's great about sending me photos of all problem areas so I've seen them before we talk about going ahead with work. Highly recommend.
