Very nice experience. Took my vehicle in at exactly the appointment time and was done in about 40 minutes. Will definitely be back again. They also appear to be very trustworthy which is a trait that I haven't experienced much especially when making a profit is involved.

Great shop! My transmission on my Nissan was acting up while I was on 695, so I pulled off right away and looked for the nearest shop. They took me in, even when they were busy, and got back to me right away. Unfortunately, I needed a new car, but they allowed me to leave my car overnight until I could get a tow truck. Super accommodating and nice! I highly recommend this place.

Took truck in for check engine light and entertainment console issues. Feared major electrical work. Paul and his team quickly diagnosed the engine issue and the separate radio issues, worked with our extended warranty company over the coverages, and completed the work quickly. Truck runs better than it has in a year!!! Thanks Paul’s Automotive!!!

Paul's is a great shop with solid mechanics. If he doesn't know about a service related issue he communicates that and does the research to solve it. Both he and the staff are communicative in the process and have a better sense of humor than 99% of automotive professionals I've dealt with. They are fairly priced with no hidden fees or "extra" worked charged. I'll return with my vehicle's needs without hesitation.

Paul is a great guy who knows & delivers exceptional customer service! I brought in 2015 used subaru Outback for a pre-purchase inspection. Got a details report w/images. The vehicle failed 1st MD state inspection due to rusted rotors. I learned that the rusted rotors were never replaced even though it passed the 2nd state inspection!🤔 Hmm...I wonder how that happen??? Obviously, the dealer knows someone and never had it looked at for the 2nd inspection. Probably, just a phone call and a few bucks. Additionally, the new brakes were just slapped on w/o cleaning up the rust, which has damaged the brakes, and they need to be replaced too. There are a few other items to tend too, overall not too bad. I am looking forward to returning to have Paul's Automotive complete the work1👍

They fixed a hard to diagnose problem with my brakes. While they had the car, they also fixed an annoying problem with opening my windows without even mentioning it.
