EXCEPTIONAL! -Service -Communication -Price -Quality What a find!

Paul's Automotive checked out several issues, the biggest being check engine light. Test drove the car. Found the cause. Did a vehicle checkover: fluids, electrical, found my fav old CR-V, solid and ID'd the engine issue. Timely, thorough, offered an estimate and clear recommendations for a cat-converter issue, and charged barely enough to cover shop time. Paul's has great recommendations, well-deserved, given this first visit. Thank you, Paul! Con mucho gusto!

Seamless process. Nice guy. I scheduled an inspection for a car I recently purchased. Appt setup & confirmation was seamless. I dropped it off in the morning and received an email by the afternoon with a thorough report of everything that was inspected including recommendations, pictures, and notes on which issues require immediate attention versus others & why. I have no complaints

Paul is the only owner of a shop who has ever taken his time personally to go over my car's issues in depth with me to explain what they did and what still needs to be done. He really knows his Subarus! I've also never had detailed photos sent to me of all the problems they found. Very transparent.
