We needed a from wheel bearing replaced (already diagnosed from the dealer), was told that a diagnosed fee of $208 would be charged...and that charge would be separate from the repair charge. I've never heard of this...any repair I've ever had done only included a diagnosed fee if you didn't get the car repaired there.

The information you received was provided by an employee who did not fully understand the scope of the job, particularly since the wheel bearing issue had already been diagnosed by the dealer. That is entirely our responsibility, and we regret any frustration this may have caused. To clarify, in situations where a repair is already diagnosed and the repair is completed with us, a separate diagnostic fee should not have been communicated in that manner. We appreciate you pointing this out and allowing us the opportunity to address it. Please accept our apologies for the misunderstanding.
