A very unprofessional place

Paul's Automotive is hands down best mechanic in Baltimore! Paul goes above and beyond to explain needed repairs and to help determine which repairs can "wait" if finances are an issue. He is so honest and always gets work done in a timely fashion. I recommend him to all my friends and family.

Ed was easy to work with and honest. When he encountered a problem (a bolt sheared off.. it happens) he notified me right away and gave me several paths forward. He was able to diagnose my problems (2 of them) quickly and fixed them effectively. His rates are reasonable, he's quick, and he's accommodating.
