Paul and his crew did a thorough job, and pointed out future maintenance needs to my car - its amazing what they catch. They have implemented a really cool app that sends you an assessment chart of major systems on your car. Bad news is I am going to need a new radiator in a few months. I wouldn't take my '13 Toyota Prius V anywhere else. I trust Paul implicitly to correctly diagnose problems and fix only what is needed. He even recently called a Toyota dealership to check and see if a certain repair was still under warranty for my car. (Another shop would've probably tried to charge me for the repair.) I trust him to keep my car healthy for the next 10 years!
