I just went to Paul's for the first time for a shake in the steering wheel. The diagnosis was quick and having photos of the bad brake parts was great. Paul took the time to research a brake upgrade and explain what options I had. I'll definitely go back the next time I need service.

Instead of saying they don’t service African Americans, they’ll say they don’t do oil changes or the services that are clearly indicated on the site. Not recommended at all, Racist environment

"This is extremely inaccurate. You walked-in at 4:35pm without an appointment when we close at 5:00pm. Our techs were already booked for the remainder of the day. Furthermore, you were informed that we do not install customer supplied parts yet you still brought your own parts. If you had made an appointment we would have been more than happy to change your oil using our products!"

Very happy I found Paul's Automotive on York Rd! Paul and his team were great to work with. They were able to diagnose an ABS module problem and provide updates by text and email while thoroughly inspecting my vehicle for any other issues. Paul was patient and explained the problem and repair options in terms that could be understood. Felt very comfortable speaking with him.
