Paul's shop came recommended by another mechanic. They looked over a used car for me before I bought it. His assessment was thorough and informative. He sat down and reviewed photos of each issue he found. After we bought the car, we took it back to his shop for some maintenance. In both cases, he was responsive, timely, and straight-forward. I like that he uses multiple forms of communication, including text and email.

Paul has been so accommodating. I have been able to bring the car in right away, when necessary, and have had no trouble getting appointments at times that work for me. There is no pressure to get work done, and all work that has been done is excellent.
