Paul was most fair with me. The part ordered didn’t fit my car, and he ate the shipping and replaced everything leaving my car better than before. He is my repair shop from now on.

Paul's level of communication is excellent. He offered good, sound advice about the condition of my car; he noted things that were right as well as areas that needed attention. (That's a first.) I'll happily return.

Bought a 2009 f150 at auction. Took it to Paul to have it checked out. He did a great job tune up oil change and fixed electric window drivers sit. I'm very happy with his honesty and quality of workmanship

After taking my car to the dealership since I bought it I was skeptical about taking it somewhere else. My husband found Paul for another vehicle and said he seemed honest so, I took it to him because I needed a few services and just couldn’t afford the dealership. I’m very glad to have found Paul. As always, Paul is a gem! My husband and I have been coming here since he was at his old location, directly on York Road. Our daughters and husbands have used his services as well - repairs and evaluations of possible used cars to purchase. We have always trusted his judgment. In my current case I came in for an oil change, and his staff discovered a nail in a tire. This clarified why my tire pressure was low when the temperatures dipped. Fair priced, quick service! Always!
