Paul’s Automotive has become our family service center. My sons car broke down but he did not yet have a primary mechanic. I brought my sons car to Paul’s Automotive and once again received exceptional service. Although it was a major repair, they completed it on time and kept to their quoted estimate which was reasonable and I took advantage of a “12 months same as cash” option. Now Paul’s Automotive will be my sons go to service center.

Paul is extremely thorough. During an oil change he discovered my tires were outside the acceptable range required by Maryland. Who else would have known? I used the shuttle service which was pleasant and convenient. Paul makes good company.

I stumbled upon Paul's Automotive when my son's car broke down at work. We live in Harford County and I knew the towing fee would be ridiculous to have it towed to our regular mechanic, so I googled mechanics near my son's work. Paul's Automotive was the closest (.5 mile) and so I had the car towed there. I was skeptical of being taken advantage of in this situation. This was NOT the case. Paul and Will were awesome. My son's car is older and we were already having recent mechanical issues, so I did not want to put too much more money into it. They fixed the issue at hand in order to get the car running and then explained the many other mechanical issues with the car that would become a problem in the very near future. They did not address these issues as being necessary to repair/replace to get the car running at that time, but instead a heads up of the potential problems if the issues were not taken care of soon. Thank you Paul and Will for the prompt service, fair prices and for being ethical and honest. Too bad you are not located in Harford County:)

It is a pleasure to have my car serviced there. Paul and Will and the rest of the team are responsive to requests, are prompt with their service and the prices are reasonable. I generally keep my cars for over 100,00 miles. Over the years I have had German, Japanese, and Swedish vehicles. Paul has serviced them all. His knowledge is impressive as is the quality of his work. It is comforting to have a reliable mechanic whom I can trust, and depend on.
